This package includes two 1-hour educational sessions followed by 3 practice sessions. Expect to gain considerable knowledge about pain science and to be asked to explore personal pratices during the course of our time together.
 
Mentorship packages are available after completion of the initial package in order to continue to receive individualized support and foster contiued growth.
