The way you choose to use your body, breath, and mind, can be a gift you give yourself. The practices below are meant to support that shift for you. Each playlist is designed to offer guided experiments with the intention of building curiosity and skills that will support healing.

Body
Building connection to the body decreases fear of the body, which is a key first step in changing pain! It also opens us up to the idea that our body experience is changeable, which can be a huge part of putting you in the "driver's seat" for shifting pain. In this series of recordings, you will be led through practices that encourage you to experiment with body awareness. It then progresses to practices that encourage getting curious about shifting the body in order to change your state.
Breath
