I've known for a long time that Tara Brach is amaaaazing (if you haven't already, check out her RAIN technique; it's so powerful!). But, this page recently came across my plate, and I was just so happy to see it existed. As I said, Tara Brach is amazing in general, but this page specifically applies her approach to pain, which is a powerhouse of a combination!
